Our aim this year has been to help you sell more tickets using the expertise of our industry knowledge and placement. We’ve helped organisers with our new recommendations engine, advertisements, emails and more. From April to June we launched "Together again festival" offering free advertising on all events created during this period. We'll continue to improve and work on our promotion efforts in the future.
The long awaited features regarding refunds are now here. It is now possible to refund individual tickets in an order. Additionally you can refund the fees on an order back to the ticket buyer both when cancelling an event or individual order/tickets. Find out more here
Your event sales overview now includes page views to help understand the difference between interest and conversion rates. We’ve added some new graphs and also display the Billetto promotion efforts
It’s now possible to give a discount to tickets, both on an event and account campaign. Combining this with our improvements to Audiences as well, you can offer membership discounts to your ticket buyers. Find out more here

Recurring events manage improvements
We’ve optimised the experience on our Manage section of Recurring Events. Making it easier to organise your time slots. It is now possible to request your reports across all your time slots within a recurring event. Soon will include a new list view, bulk editing options, Sales overview and more.
